Shipping: All shipping is USPS Priority Mail or First Class. We typically ship within one to two business days from when we received the order. Sometimes we can get it in the mail the same day depending on circumstances.

Tracking information is automatically sent to the email you provide during checkout. 

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply mail it back to us for a full refund of the original purchase price once we receive the item.

If we do not receive the item, it is the customer's responsibility to provide tracking information to prove the item was sent and delivered. 

Delays: If your shipment is delayed past 30 days from the day you placed your order, we will consider the package lost and issue a replacement free of charge. 

Altered Hat Shapes: DomeDock is not responsible if the shape of any part of a hat is altered while hats are stored in a DomeDock unit. DomeDock makes no claims to maintain the shape of a hat brim or dome.
